GLOBAL EOI NOTICE

SUPPLY OF SOPHISTICATED ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTS
(EOI No. EOI/CIF-PU/001/2011-12)

Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from reputed international manufacturers / suppliers for following sophisticated analytical instruments.

The downloadable EOI document containing eligibility requirements, technical description, scope of work and commercial terms is posted in the official website of the Pondicherry University, www.pondiuni.edu.in. The same can also be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar, Purchase & Stores, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry – 605 014.         (Ph: +91 413 2654217)

Those who satisfy the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the EOI document may submit their proposal for each equipment in separate envelope to the Assistant Registrar, Purchase & Stores, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry – 605 014 latest by 2.30 P.M. on 28.10.2011 superscribing the envelope with “EOI/CIF-PU/001/2011-12 for supply of  ...................  (name of the equipment)” and these will be opened at 3.00 P.M. on the same day, in the presence of the available representatives of the firm.
