NOTICE INVITING QUOTATIONS

            For and on behalf of Pondicherry University, the Assistant Engineer, Pondicherry University invites sealed quotations from the eligible / working contractors for the work of “Providing screen cloth to the windows at Dept. of Mathematics”. The rates should be filled in the schedule enclosed with this and placed in a sealed cover by superscribing the name of the work in the cover as mentioned above. An amount of Rs.1,190/- has to be furnished towards EMD which shall be in the form of demand draft from any of the nationalized banks payable at Pondicherry, drawn in favour of the Finance officer, Pondicherry University. The notice with schedule can also be downloaded from the University website www.pondiuni.edu.in.

The filled in quotation shall to be placed in the tender box kept in the reception counter at Dr.B.R.Ambedhkar Administrative Block, Pondicherry University. The quotations will be received up to 3.00 p.m. on 31.08.2015 and will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers those who present at the time of opening.

The Assistant Engineer, Pondicherry University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotation without assigning any reason thereof.
