The eligible Graduates / Post Graduates (Medalists) who have completed their programmes of study during May 2021, May 2022, May 2023 and May 2024 Sessions and Ph. D Scholars who completed their Viva Voce between 24th February 2023 and 31st August 2025 shall be admitted to the forthcoming 30th Convocation of the Pondicherry University.
Rank Holders / Gold Medalists and Ph.D scholars will be awarded the Degree In-person. Those eligible and are willing to attend the Convocation In-person may register their names online and make payment of fee of ₹ 500/- (Registration fees will not be refunded)
NOTE:
- * Ph.D. scholars who have so far not paid the prescribed Fee for the Degree Certificate are requested to pay the prescribed fees of ₹ 2,000/- in addition to the Registration fees i.e. Total ₹ 2500/-
- * Ph.D. Scholars who have already obtained their Degree Certificates under Tatkal scheme are not allowed to appear In-person

All other candidates shall be admitted 'In-absentia' and their Degree Certificates shall be sent by post to their respective Institutions / Departments soon after the Convocation
Invitation/Admit Card and necessary Instructions to be followed while attending the Convocation ceremony shall be downloaded from the University portal which will be notified later .
