Tender invited for Construction of additional toilet block at Rajiv Gandhi Cricket Stadium

NOTICE INVITING TENDER

For and on behalf of Pondicherry University, the Superintending Engineer, Pondicherry University invites sealed item rate tenders from the approved class of registered contractors of CPWD, PWD (Pondicherry and Tamil Nadu), Railways and Post and Telegraph.

The tender schedules in the prescribed tender forms can be down loaded from the web site www.pondiuni.edu.in [1]  and submitted along with the cost of tender schedule (non-refundable) in the form of demand draft from any one of the nationalized banks payable at Pondicherry, drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University and the evidence of currency of registration.

• The dates stipulated in the tender notice are firm under no circumstance they will be changed unless officially extended.
• The EMD should be in the form of demand draft from any one of the nationalized banks payable at Pondicherry, drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University. The tenders without EMD will be summarily rejected.
• The Pondicherry University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason there off.
• The tenders duly filled has to be placed in the tender box kept in the reception counter at Administrative Block, Pondicherry University.
• While quoting rates, VAT may be added to the individual items.
• The contractors should sign in all the pages of the tender document failing which the tender will be treated as incomplete.
