Sealed quotations are invited on behalf of the Pondicherry University for supply and fixing of Vertical Blinds (fire proof) as per the specifications given below for Pondicherry University.

Terms & Conditions:

a) The quotations should reach the Asst. Registrar, Purchase & Stores, Pondicherry University on before 16.09.2011 at 4.00 p.m.
b) The quoted price should be inclusive of all taxes, packing, forwarding, transit etc, and supply shall be made at our premises.
c) The University has the right to accept or reject any quotation partly or fully without assigning any reason thereof.
d) The supplier should be able to start the works within 03 days from the date of receipt of work order.
e) You are requested to see sample available with purchase section before quoting the rate on all working days.
f) The finished goods should be strictly as per the specifications. In case of any deviation, the University has the right to reject the goods.
g) This tender should be valid at least for one year.
