Sealed quotations are invited so as to reach Prof. N. Satyanarayana, Dept. of Physics, Pondicherry University on or before 23.06.2011 for the following/ as per the list enclosed/ below mentioned subject to the following terms and conditions.
- The quotations should be valid for three months.
- No advance freight insurance coverage will be done.
- Prices should be inclusive of all charges towards packing, freight, transits, excise duty, insurance, octroi, but exclusive of sales tax only and the supply should be made at our premises.
- Payment will be made within 30 days of the receipt of the articles in good condition.
- Demonstration should be done at our laboratory.
- The university has the right to accept the rates of any one or all the articles required as may be considered necessary.
