TENDER NOTICE FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE WORKS

Pondicherry University invites sealed tenders from registered CPWD or Electricity Department of Tamilnadu or in Puducherry Govt. approved Contractor for Day to day maintenance of internal Electrical installation, lights, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, call bell points, power wiring street lights, gate lights, compound lights within the University Campus of Pondicherry University at Kalapet, Puducherry – 14.  The tender schedules containing detailed specification, terms and conditions can either be downloaded in our website(www.pondiuni.edu.in) or procured from the Electrical Wing of the University,  Administrative Building on any working day upto 26.05.2011(10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on payment of Rs.500/- (in Rupees Five  Hundred Only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University, Puducherry.  The downloaded form be submitted with the DD of Rs.500/-.

  Last date receipt of tenders  : 27/05/2011 upto 3.00 p.m.

  Date of opening                    : 27/05/2011 at 3.30 p.m.
